    "I am very disappointed that the first oil change was performed at 16,000 miles because the light came on once I had owned the car for a year and not because I had passed the recommended 10,000 miles when an oil change should occur. Next disappointment came when I could see an oil leak on the floor of my garage after getting the oil changed at your dealership.     "Found that your service reps are to busy chatting with each other to pay any attention to the customer. The only helpful person was Nick who set me up with my loaner vehicle. My assigned service representative never called me to communicate what was happening with my Mini. I had to continue calling him and when I came to pick up my Mini he was there and just up and left with out any communication about what was happening with my Mini.... If it wasn't for Nick I would have been sitting there for who knows how long.     "The price I was qiuoted for brakes was in the $900 range. When I declined, and took it to the place I purchased the car, I was told thpat the rear caliper was stuck and covered under my extendd warrantee. This in my opinion should have been caught in the initial diagnosis. It also felt like the cust. service rep waslike "whatever" when I asked what the warrantee company said about the coverage. Also there was an issue with the cig. lighter which was loose and arcing and the rep quotd the warrantee co. Aprice of around $70 but quoted me a price in the range of $95. I just gelt a sense of deception especially when I called to stop work on the car which was literally 10 minutes after getting the quote for the brakes, the rep had stated welk they have already done the brake fluid flush....to which I responded with the question, "in just 10 minutes!!!???"........nobody acts orcompletes THAT task in ten minutes. So I was charged over $200+ to which I said stop all work. When I brought my vehichle to the place of purchase, they quoted me like $198 for pads and fluids top off because the rear caliper was malfunctioning and under warrantee. Your rep already had all the auth #'s he needed and never told me about the rear calipers being stuck which according to Carmax, the place of purchase, that it was noticeable the moment they took the rear tire off.
