2 front, 2 side-impact, 2 ceiling-mounted side-curtain and 2 knee airbags monitor collision severity to adjust inflation rates and help protect you and your passengers from potential secondary impacts.

By monitoring impact severity and adjusting inflation rates accordingly, our airbag system will gently cushion you with as much force as needed. And in extreme cases, they’ll stay inflated longer to keep you safe from shattered glass.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL.

Our cruise control will adjust speed to account for curves and hills. An on-board camera even helps maintain a consistent distance between you and the car ahead.

With precise engine and braking control, our Adaptive Cruise Control helps your MINI maintain a consistent speed, adjusting to account for curves and hills. Adaptive Cruise Control will even use video to monitor and automatically adjust speed to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle ahead. Of course, if you want to make any adjustments, just use your steering wheel controls to speed up or slow down.

DYNAMIC STABILITY CONTROL.

This system can make anyone a better Motorer by automatically applying selective brake pressure or engine power to help your MINI stay in control.

The Dynamic Stability Control system uses sensors to measure the steering angle, yaw and lateral acceleration to determine the direction you want to go. Then, if your MINI starts to stray, the DSC system kicks in by applying corrective brake pressure to individual wheels and adjusting engine torque.

HEAD-UP DISPLAY.

Inspired by jet cockpit technology, this retractable display puts essential motoring info – speed, nav instructions, stereo, and other alerts – closer to your line of sight.

ULTRA-RIGID BODY w/MULTIPHASE STEEL FRAME.
